Tidal was fantastic. Gerald arrived early and was immediately able to re-set a toilet. He then fixed a low pressure shower by replacing a faulty cartridge and purging the water lines. It feels like a new bathroom. I couldn't be happier with their service.

Tired of the rotten egg smell from our hot water and needed to flush the water heater. Called Tidal Plumbing and they were able to send someone the next morning! Arrived promptly, received a call when the technician was on the way, and they were very knowledgeable and respectful. We also asked about a water softener as many of our neighbors have them, we will be getting a quote for more work and they are now our go-to plumbers in San Diego!

Ashton the owner is a real pro, came out quickly, explained everything clearly using a freehand drawing, took the time needed without feeling rushed, solved plumbing issues other plumbers couldn't solve, and saved me $4K from having to do an epoxy lining in my sewer line! Top notch and will definitely use again and refer him out to friends.

They were on time, efficient, cordial and cleaned up each day. Better yet they were able to finish in less than the quoted time. They did a complete repiping of the hot water in under 3 days. Dont count on your job being that quick but it worked out for our job.

This is my second experience with Tidal and they are officially our go-to plumber for our primary residence and rental property. The first time, I didn’t hire them because I ended up not needing to! Ashton helped me sort out some issues over text when another company almost got me for $11k. Today we had Alex come out to our rental property after some hot water issues following a tankless flush by another company - the first company quoted us over $6k for a bunch of stuff to fix that issue (including installation of a softener system!) and it was confusing as to what was actually the problem. Alex predicted the issue before he even stepped foot in the house and he was right - he got my tenants back on track within 1 hour for under $400. Can’t beat the honesty, communication and obvious passion these guys have for the job they do.
